Fabulous Idea from Rashell

I don't know how many of you out there have a Pazzle Inspiration, or a electronic cutter that you can cut computer fonts from. But this is a great idea. I was looking for an ant the other day to cut from my Pazzle, so I asked Rashell (from Invitations Ink) if she had created one. She sent me a font that contained Ant's in it. What a great idea!!! Above is a great example, this is a animal font, you could download this and viola you have even more cutting images for your machine. And the best part, they are free!!!

You got to know when to hold 'em....

Here is my second attempt at a pop-up card. This one I made for my husbands Boss, he went to Vegas for his Birthday and love's to play Blackjack. I thought it turned out pretty cute, especially since I didn't have full sheets of paper to work with, I had to go through the scrap bin at work to find this paper :-) That is how I came up with the idea of the hand holding the cards, since they were not full pieces, I used the hand to hide the fact that the corner's were missing.

Thinking about getting a Cricut, or have one and need Cartridges??

So I was at the Stockton Blvd Costco last night, and I couldn't believe it. I walked in and they had a table set up with the Cricut expression and two ladies doing demonstrations. It was pretty cool. I totally didn't think to ask how long they are going to be there or the price of the Cricut. If I did I would probably be tempted to buy one. But they have a ton of cartridges too. I think it was 3 for $98.00 which is a really good price. They also have the Gypsy. So go check it out. Don't forget Mother's day is coming :-) And all mom's deserve to be spoiled!!!

Simple and Cute

Here is an easy card to make, it's cute and way better than a store bought card. I love using the corner punch to make the scalloped edge. You can recreate this using any theme of paper. I also popped up the Fox, although it's hard to tell from this picture. It's a 6x6 card, the pink paper is
5 3/4 x 5 3/4 and the printed paper is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2

Font of the Month

I picked the font She Creature this month, primarily because I like the name and I think it describes how I have been feeling the past couple of weeks. I also think it's a fun font that would work for Scrapbooking and card making. Enjoy.
